MoulMall ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our platform at app.moulmall.com.
We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, company information, and business data you enter into the platform (products, orders, suppliers, etc.). We also collect usage data such as login timestamps and feature usage for product improvement.
We use your data to provide and improve our services, send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset), and for billing purposes. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Data is stored on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) in the EU (europe-west1 region). We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is restricted and protected by two-factor authentication.
We use the following third-party services: Stripe (payment processing), Brevo (transactional email), PostHog (product analytics — anonymised). Each service has its own privacy policy.
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, or delete your personal data. You can request this by emailing privacy@moulmall.com. We will respond within 30 days.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
